I am a writer and a photographer who loves to document the uniqueness and simple beauty of humans.
Born and raised in Montréal, I work and live in Virginia with my husband Michael, and my two daughters, Lou and Billie Rose.
Before I launched my photography business, I spent most of my days conducting research while finishing my Ph.D. in Literary Studies.
I believe in kindness and excellence, and I work relentlessly to make sure my work and relationships feel seamless, both humanely and professionally.
In 2017, I founded Faces of Postpartum, a photo-documentary project for which I translate, in words and images, the (im)perfect variations of the postpartum period. To say this work was life-changing would be an understatement. It made me grow tremendously as an artist, but even more as a human.
